Board of Design is a small, boutique creative studio based in the heart of Christchurch. It is owned by Lucy Arnold, whose knowledge of design, branding and marketing is supported by more than a decade of experience working with local start up businesses, established companies, private institutions and local government to develop effective brands and support material. Lucy is personally involved and invested in every project, and when additional capacity or specialist knowledge beyond her own areas of expertise is needed, she draws on an established network to form a team tailored to the requirements of the job. Lucy is co founder and director of Board of Design, and holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from CPIT. She has worked on a broad range of projects, from campaigns for regional councils to developing brands for new businesses, refreshing existing brands, and developing marketing and communications collateral within existing brand frameworks

Petersen Read are consulting engineers specializing in the application of electrical engineering, communications, and security technology. As an established company with an excellent reputation to maintain, their re brand had to reflect to professionalism and leadership values that are the bottom of the firm. Canterbury Cheesemongers has a beautiful simple message to convey cheese is GOOD.

As our previous neighbors in our New Regent Street days, we've worked on various projects with the Old Print Gallery since 2003, from exhibition graphics to greetings cards. Green Bay Harvest is a small family owned New Zealand company taking on the world with their lofty quality health food products. The re brand of The Arahura center reflects the nature of the center physically, philosophically and spiritually, and provides a calm, cordial environment. The center occupies a refurbished triple brick villa in Spreydon, Christchurch, with a lovely contemplative garden which is originate to the public.

Their focus is on consistent delivery of high levels of service and support, effective representation, and quality outcomes. The brand we created for BECK had to convey the lofty quality of their clothing, and it had to be a label children, parents and grandparents equivalent could relate to. We've also created a couple of crafty window displays for the gallery as segment of the Ellerslie Flower Divulge window display competition, for which we won the Supreme Award in 2009 and Best Retailer Silver in 2010.
