It’s your conference, but we’ll be there behind the scenes pulling everything together and making sure it runs smoothly and to budget. We have a dedicated and hard working team that make us look good! of five, who manage the behind the scenes elements of the conference planning, such as the registration processing, accounts, istration and of course our onsite management. Trained in hospitality as well as working the hard yards for many years in restaurants , before turning her attention to the hotel industry, in particular the conference business. Now she has over 18 years experience in event management, managing all sorts of projects from small incentive groups to large international conferences
The theme for this year’s conference was Reaching Out, Community Engagement.
We’ll arrange all aspects evaluating venue quotes, organizing the entertainment, planning the food and beverage selection, transportation so you can relax in the knowledge that it is all taken care of. And what better way to cap off a hectic beginning day, then to arrange an informal dinner for delegates to sit back, relax and enjoy the best that Queens town has to offer. Held over four days, and with delegates from around the world, it was the ideal opportunity to urge Fresh Zealand, and post earthquake Christchurch, as a destination.
