Not wanting to be a volume’ builder, David and Kerry focus on premium quality, individually designed homes and great relationships with their clients. I’m also available to discuss your plans, oversee your projects and help manage construction. I make sure all jobs are running smoothly and safely, delivering you great results on time.
Turning your ideas first into concept drawings and then into your exciting final plans. Then I have that wonderful job of securing your building consent from the district council. I’ve grown up around the building industry, I’m also a qualified builder, and am more than happy to pass the knowledge that I have picked up along the way to assist with your new build. I work very closely my clients and the sub contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time

Drawings and price plans are then finalized and we’ll donate you with a stationary price contract with packed addendum of specifications. David Magi ll has preferred builder status with all the major insurance companies and we are ready to help you with plans and construction of your earthquake replacement home.
