We would like to congratulate Parsons Construction Ltd on winning the Master Builders House of the Year Supreme Local Award, plus awards for its craftsmanship, outdoor living, interior style and design and being named best home over 2 million for the Fulton Ross Team Architects designed house on Scarborough Hill. The Memorial hall originally built in 1961 received an acoustic upgrade and refurbishment of facilities a couple of years later. On 4 September 2010, a series of earthquakes began that dramatically altered the landscape and people of Canterbury.
The sold out seasons since its re opening give evidence of its triumph and importance to Christchurch. The complete interior has been brought up to a very lofty glossy of amenity and Bi Gish. We service a substantial client base from Matauri Bay in the north, to Stewart Island in the south. Team Architects is a highly experienced, stuffed service architecture company with 10 offices throughout Fresh Zealand and over 80 staff.
These factors were old and reacted to, to create a deceptively large family home which relates well to the outside living spaces on both levels and separates the various functions of the house into segregate zones. As healthy as heritage retention and additions the labor has included site works, fresh garaging and spa pool development. Fulton Ross Team Architects and the Court theater wins Canterbury's NZ IA Awards for Public Architecture. Our teams work locally but actively collaborate on projects throughout Fresh Zealand and around the world.
Judges Comments Clear and concise planning has provided a new and more streamlined home for the Court theater. Fulton Ross Team Architecture provided a packed architectural service for the design and construction of this house. Team Architects philosophy is one of effective multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality project delivery from concept right through to completion. Behind many years of destroy the current owners decided to present the clever box a new lease of life by stripping away all the inappropriate additions and then adding numerous fresh buildings to yield extra accommodation for guests, a gallery to display a collection of old bronzes plus garaging for up to 6 collectible cars.
