We are so ingrained in the local market we often have Export and Import Operators, Export and Import Customer Service Specialists, Documentation Officers, Logistics Coordinators, Customs Brokers, Operations Team Leaders, Store persons and Forklift Operators calling us just to register for upcoming opportunities. Both of the Greenlight Directors come from successful sales and sales management backgrounds. We initially started providing temporary staff after repeated requests from clients that we recruit for. You’ll benefit from the way we continue our recruitment philosophy in terms of sourcing quality reliable candidates for our temporary division. It was in this role that Craig first started his journey in recruitment placing sales staff in roles across the South Island. This experience gave Craig an appreciation of how difficult and time consuming it can be finding suitable candidates, but more importantly how important it is to get the right person for the role. Tim Webb With over 15 years’ experience across New Zealand and overseas Tim has built a wealth of business and management experience in media, sales, telecommunications and advertising industries.
Tim’s philosophy when working with other businesses is to approach it as if it were his own this attitude when placing candidates ensures he researches and gathers a real understanding of a company, its requirements, the team culture and the company’s future endeavours in order to ensure the best quality candidate for the role. Kirsten McLennan Kirsten is a passionate recruiter with a background in temporary and contract recruitment across both the industrial and commercial sectors. She thrives on the fast paced nature of temporary recruitment and is committed to delivering successful recruitment solutions to our clients. Kirsten believes in open and upfront honest communication to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates and is known for going out of her way to ensure a positive customer experience
