With a different portfolio including retail, hospitality, commercial and tall end residential design projects we regularly embark on projects of all scales and complexity the design of a unique and lovely light fitting that defines a space can be as rewarding as a total interior design, and the equivalent glossy of effort, knowledge and passion is put into each project. Hierarchy was engaged to design and project deliver a new exciting brand of Self Serve yogurt to launch into the Fresh Zealand market. The industrial patina of materials, rich color palette and the Fresh York teeming fulfill the brief and bring the brand to life. The brief was daring a multifunctional facility that operated as a bar, ca, restaurant with the ability for indoor or outdoor dining, was family friendly, seated 250 and had atmosphere.
Our concise was to develop individual house designs that maximize their sites and embody distinguishable points of difference from the surrounding houses. It provided a vehicle to introduce further sustainable initiatives such as energy saving and improved waste management, as healthy as improving the technology interface for customers of the center. With a diverse team we labor with our clients’ right from the ideas stage, through concept design to the consent process and into construction. Also we have an increasing need to establish Building Information modeling BIA systems and building modeling linked to our project planning services.
What underpins our labor is the passion and drive to reinvent the wheel, take risks and be loud in our approach. A strong, systematic approach to ensuring all project details are specified documented and delivered enables an final result achieved on time and within budget. An iterative process, drawings become tasteful as we work to distal visions for the last construct from the layers of conceptual development already undertaken. Form and function labor together to create the unique and eye catching designs.
The overall design uses fresh, neat instinctive materials combined with pops’ of color. The brief called for a ordinary London corner pub in the heart of suburban Christchurch. Architectural Draughting using refit software Experience working in the Fresh Zealand commercial and residential construction in a design and draughting capacity Building and infrastructure design and construction knowledge NZS3604, NZS4243 etc Knowledge of design standards and the consenting process is essential Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Active within agreed time frames. While the finished space looks industrial, the feeling created is inviting and comfortable.
The subtle visual changes ensure the well established sushi brand remains familiar to existing clients, while having long appeal to a fresh audience moving forward with its fresh and eye catching aesthetic. We use the clients brief and design research to inform the design direction of the project. Hierarchy comprises a talented mufti disciplined team of architectural designers, 3D modelers, graphic brand designers, technicians and project managers, who, with Chris’s guidance and design input, labor collaboratively on every project.
