In over 30 years, Home Trends Builders has created and built hundreds of homes throughout Canterbury, placing us amongst the leaders in our industry. Our practical and passionate approach to achieving solutions is well respected by our clients , who appreciate and live with the result for many years. Elaine has been associated with Home Trends Builders since 2009 and her background in event co ordination and client liaison compliment the human resource and public face of the company. Along with handling debtors, creditors and payroll, she also ensures all Health and Safety requirements are met by the whole team.
Paul is a Licensed Building Practitioner who has worked for Home Trends for well over 25 years. Having completed his apprenticeship in North Canterbury, Jason has done extensive work on house alterations renovations, new architectural builds and EQC rebuilds. Alan is a Project Manager at Home Trends Builders looking after our over capped Insurance rebuilds and repairs. Terrie has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and brings with her valuable project management experience dealing with EQC , Fletchers, Insurance companies, subcontractors and home owners.
