Insite engineers have a broad range of troubleshooting skills covering our core hardware, common operating system software, applications and networking. Insite maintains tight links with key vendors and participates actively in their training programs. As a member of the Intel Premier Provider programme, Insite receives notification of field issues, the latest resolutions and 24 hour follow the sun technical support for hardware escalation.
Also as a member of the Microsoft Gold partner programme, Insite maintains strong product knowledge across Microsoft server and desktop OS and application products. Jackie is the Office and Customer Service Manager and has been involved in the IT industry since 1996 in sales roles for a large systems integrator as well as a National IT Distributor before joining Brian at Conbrio Technology
