The Durham Street building was severely damaged in the February 2011 earthquake and the business was forced from this site. This event resulted in the Laycock’s building being demolished, and the urgent necessity to find new premises as soon as possible. This was achieved within record time, and Laycock’s has been trading from its new site in Sockburn since March 2011

haycock’s Collision Repairs is a panel and paint business based in Sockburn, Christchurch.
