Lyttelton Engineering is the NZ agent and manufacture for Maxitherm Combustion Technologies of Singapore, a leading designer and manufacturer of a comprehensive range of steam boilers, combustion equipment and autoclaves.
The company operates on a truly hands on philosophy and has all the necessary resources to receive overall responsibility for the range of projects and contracts that we undertake, from initial design concepts through to completion and operational support. These are shipped repairs, dense steel fabrication machining and industrial site work. Lyttelton Engineering has been an integral piece of the Port of Lyttelton since 1953. The company is certified to ISO 9001 for boiler servicing and has the expertise to ensure that all aspects of the OH code of practice are being met. Major specialist products within these areas include steam boiler manufacture, installation and servicing, supply of ski lifts and aerial rope ways, and the manufacture and installation of modular aluminum stairs and walkways.
Our collective experience and expertise in ship repair, boiler manufacture and repair, steel fabrication and machining, and site installation and maintenance work has firmly positioned us at the forefront of these industries. Our boiler servicing division offers a comprehensive nationwide maintenance and fix service, including quarterly checks, annual survey, boiler tune ups and system upgrades
