What you should know about Milano Motor Lodge
We booked four rooms apartments to cater for all the family who were arriving in town for a wedding. From the very first moment staff was very helpful, understanding and resourceful. WE love the location, it allows us a central spot to walk to shops and allow us to drive to our many friends and family around the city. Handy for walking to Merivale shops and short drive to central Christchurch.
At Milano Motor Lodge, we are committed to promoting sustainable tourism in an attempt to keep our environment clean, and our property and garden beautiful for the guest to enjoy. We work hard to support our natural environment by undertaking a number of actions. Our housekeepers are all actively encouraged to recycle in every area of the motel. Milano Motor Lodge has initiatives and programmes aimed at reducing our impact on New Zealand's beautiful environment while at the same time ensuring your stay is as comfortable as you require.
Inviting guests to separate their rubbish ready for recycling, providing appropriate facilities for this and explaining how it all works. Actively making use of City Council kerbside recycling and recycling centre. Ensuring all printed material and products are sustainably sourced where possible. We were awarded Qualmark 4 Star certificate since 2006 and we have 14 modern units with a good mixture of studio suite, Executive double spa studio suite, One bedroom double spa suite and Two bedroom apartment suite in a beautiful garden setting.
All units are spacious with stylish interiors that are perfect for your business or holiday trip. All units are complete with Fully equipped kitchen facilities, LCD TV with 50 sky channel, DVD Player, Telephone ,Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryer , Dining table and Comfortable Couch. We do not have a restaurant onsite but there is a great range within walking distance of the motel. Your hosts John and Jia will ensure you receive a warm welcome and have a comfortable, relaxing stay when visiting Christchurch.
The Group is made up of a variety of accommodation types from Hotels, Motels, Motor Lodges and Apartments which are conveniently located throughout New Zealand's key cities, towns and tourist destinations
