What you should know about Ministry Training College
As internships are designed as a 3 year progression where each year builds on the year before, it is strongly recommended all interns begin with the Certificate. We actively seek partnerships with the local church in which our students serve. Apply possible leadership knowledge and skills to various ministry contexts. Apply biblical and theological knowledge and accepting as healthy as critical thinking and reflective practice skills to various personal and ministry contexts.
Each Intern will require a Supervisor who is qualified to face with the intern for approximately 1 hour each week, and a Mentor who will confront with them at least fortnightly throughout the year. Labor independently in their local church under the guidance of an experienced supervisor and mentor. Each Intern will require a Supervisor who is qualified to face with the intern for approximately 1 hour each week, and a Mentor who will meet with them at minimum fortnightly throughout the year. Entry into the third year of internship requires applicants to be in a position of team or ministry leadership in their local church.
Interns will undertake 15 hours per week of possible ministry in their local church. Interns will labor independently in their local church below the guidance of an experienced local supervisor and mentor. Each Intern will require a Supervisor who is able to confront with the intern for approximately 1 hour each week, and a Mentor who will confront with them at minimum fortnightly throughout the year. Online internship programmed equipping leaders with knowledge, skills and character for ministry leadership.
Interns will labor independently in their local church lower the guidance of an experienced local supervisor and mentor. Apply biblical and theological knowledge and understanding, and ministry skills, in a supervised feasible ministry context. The practical ministry component of the programmed enables interns to create, lead and grow a ministry area in their local church. The EC Advanced Diploma is a 1 year internship programmed that integrates theoretical learning with its application in the chosen area of ministry.
23 hours of practical ministry in a local church including 1 hr supervisor meeting, project leadership, online forum discussions, reporting, and other assigned tasks, plus one 2 hour lecture. Flourish skills to apply biblical knowledge and accepting to personal life and ministry
