Pegasus Engineering Limited was established in 1977 with staff comprising of two working proprietors. The current Director took over in 1987 and has lead growth and expansion through focusing more on commercial orientated contracts. In addition to our commercial contracts we have on going work for major housing companies supplying house beams, lintels and site welding. We have positioned ourselves as one of the major structural steel fabricator’s in the South Island market with capabilities of servicing a client from quoting and detailing to Transport and site erection.

Our purpose built workshop is fully equipped and qualified of producing over 70 tonnes of fabricated steelworks per week. We require the services of a talented and enthusiastic Assembly Picker to join our successful workshop team assisting our fabricators with their assembly requirements. Our vogue location is a important purpose built workshop with a production area of 500 square meres housing three large gantry cranes and our suite of the latest Peddinghaus machines.
The prosperous applicant would ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience with appropriate industry knowledge have strong labor ethics and a definite attitude be qualified to work as segment of a team and succeed instructions appropriate attention to detail and be physically fit be qualified to pass a Ore employment drug test. Pegasus Engineering donate fully trained and experienced site crews who are qualified of undertaking all erecting projects within the South Island. Pegasus Engineering Limited donate a stuffed range of services from quoting and detailing of a contract to the Structural Fabrication in our fully equipped workshop resulting in the end product transported and professionally erected on site. This department is trained in the specialized Project Management software FabSuite which extends and enhances their quoting capabilities.
