Planz Consultants Ltd is an amalgamation of two specialist independent planning and resource management consultancies to broaden future opportunities in New Zealand and abroad. Planit RW Batty Associates Ltd was founded by Mr Bob Batty Life Fellow of the NZPI in 1992 and steadily grew to become one of the South Island’s leading resource management planning consultancies from their office in Christchurch. Planz Consultants embodies today the same values and principles established in those early years. This was a joint venture between Zomac Planning Solutions Directors Mike Foster and Jane Douglas Auckland and Planit RW Batty Associates.
Planit Zomac Partnership operated offices in both Auckland and Christchurch. The amalgamation of these two companies in 2012 to form Planz Consultants Ltd heralds an exciting time for the provision of specialist resource management planning services in New Zealand. To provide high quality planning and resource management advice and services to clients to ensure that their projects have the best possible opportunity to achieve a successful and sustainable outcome. We will champion and promote quality planning and resource management approaches to ensure the achievement of sustainable outcomes.

Plano Consultants is one of Fresh Zealand’s leading resource management planning consultant specialists in Urban, Rural, Regional and Environmental Planning Research.
