Fresh ceiling grids where installed, lofty tech air conditioning systems were a key component to create the industry specific environment, all new state of the art data and electrical fittings were old to tomorrow proof this space, flexible fire concern systems were installed along with fresh partitioning to create office spaces. 1 floor of approximately 750m2 located in the Pacific Brands building on Victoria Street, Christchurch. Priority Projects are the one stop’ shop for Project Managing design build, fit outs or total construction.
Priority Projects produce a comprehensive and professional service taking commercial fit outs and design build from concept to completion. The management and staff are thrilled with the results we achieved and can look forward to working in an environment this is a pastime to work within and will permit room for coming expansion. As a service provider project manager, I find immense value in their labor and skill to labor within budget to complete projects on time. Completion The overall finish and feel was amazing, both meeting the client's needs for a laughter and funky work space, yet functional and a recreation to work in. During the construction phase, as conventional practice the Project Manager will be on site on a daily basis ensuring that quality handle and adherence to our client's requirements is everlasting at the fore fore of any project. Working with specialist designers we are qualified to produce concept designs in a short time frame, that then allow us to produce budget estimates to help our clients with feasibility studies. We get turbulent about designing and building labor spaces that fit our clients’ individual needs wholly and seamlessly. The Client Brief was to create a changing space at the front of site, giving Yoobee a retail presence in Christchurch.
We offer a design build service to create amazing spaces from the intimate interior to the packed construction of new buildings from the ground up. Their skill to work through design challenges and remained focused on what was truly imperative to their core business made them a amusement to labor with. We can then receive this through the process of tender quotations of contractor selection to engagement of contractors and project manage the works to packed completion of repairs.
