Skellerup Rubber Products Jiangsu Ltd was established in 2003 and is located in China's Jiangsu province. Working in tandem with Skellerup Jiangsu's Gumboot Building Department is our Rubber Technology Program. Skellerup Jiangsu is supported by the framework of its Total Quality Management System which has been structured to ensure all processes are documented and monitored giving confidence that every product manufactured is worthy of bearing the Skellerup name. Skellerup has been supplying New Zealand industries with high quality genuine hand crafted footwear for over 70 years.
Ever since New Zealand’s first rubber gumboot, the original Marathon emerged from the vulcaniser on September , Skellerup has set about creating a standard for waterproof footwear, not just in New Zealand but around the world. Skellerup also supply specialist safety footwear to the fire fighting and forestry sectors, together with safety leather work boots to the New Zealand rural market. The Quatro Camo gumboot is packed full of style, comfort and innovation, while the Mossy Oak camouflage pattern gives wearers that extra advantage this duck shooting season. Skellerup's footwear business grew out of Marathon Rubber Footwear Ltd. , a publicly listed company formed in Christchurch, New Zealand by George W Skellerup in 1939.
