In recent years the company has become one of Christchurch’s leading contracting businesses specialising in earthmoving, site works, driveways and swimming pool construction. From the beginning handshake to the last, all the staff from Mayfair Pools were a recreation to deal with. Having been established for almost forty years, we are one of Christchurch’s leading contracting companies, specializing in earth moving, excavation, commercial site works and residential driveways paving. hearings is the licensed pool builder for Mayfair Swimming Pools for the Canterbury region. Recently Shearings purchased the prosperity of Y45 Drainage, a trivial two to three man local drainage company which has been operating in Christchurch for the previous 9 years. With a full range of excavators, loaders and trucks, hearings are well placed for any earth moving works required.
Moving forward the company is occupied towards enhancing the family business in as many senses as we can. Using the unique Mayfair system we are capable construct any size or shape pool from a little indoor pool through to important commercial pools. As part of our residential drainage services and commercial drainage services, Y45 present CCTV drain inspections using specialist camera equipment. Over the past scanty years Shearing’s Mayfair Pools Canterbury have either repaired or replaced a number of pools as portion of E repairs our company has undertaken to damaged Christchurch homes. Owen is still with the company, but is now the manager of the Mayfair Pools division.
